Print at 100% scale. Under incandescent or neon mains lighting the bars appear stationary at correct speed (LED lamps may not flicker: use the timing mark instead). At 50 Hz the 45 RPM ring is inexact: it must drift counter-clockwise 5 bars every 20 seconds.
