Shipping & Delivery


Le Son ships worldwide from Shanghai, with customs duties and import taxes normally handled for you through our standard Delivery Duty Paid service.

Each order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and tracked from dispatch to delivery. The aim is simple: a smooth international delivery experience, with clear transit expectations and careful handling through to your door.

How long delivery takes


The transit times below are based on recent Le Son shipments. They show the time from dispatch in Shanghai to delivery at the customer’s address.

All figures are shown in calendar days. The typical range reflects what most customers experience. The slower end allows for customs clearance, local carrier handling, and seasonal variation.

These are estimates and not delivery promises. Actual transit time may vary with customs clearance, local logistics conditions, weather, holidays, and seasonal peaks.

Le Son also delivers to Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

Because our shipment history to these regions is more limited, we prefer to give a personal estimate before you order. Please contact us with your country and we will share a realistic transit window, along with any useful guidance specific to local customs handling.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)


For standard DDP shipments, Le Son normally manages:

• International shipping arrangements

• Export and import procedures

• Customs duties and import taxes

In normal cases, you should not be asked to pay duties or import taxes when the parcel arrives.

If a local carrier or authority requests payment unexpectedly, please contact us before paying. We will review the situation and advise you on the next step.

Tracking your parcel


After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

You can follow the parcel from departure through customs clearance and final delivery. Le Son also monitors international shipments and will reach out proactively if a parcel appears to stall, so you do not have to chase the carrier alone.

Careful packaging


Cartridges and analog accessories are precision components. Each order is prepared with protective materials chosen to reduce shock, vibration, and environmental exposure during transport.

Our aim is simple: your parcel should arrive safely, in the same condition in which it left our atelier.

If your parcel arrives damaged


Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and contents.

Damage cases are handled as a priority. We will review the situation carefully and guide you through the next steps before any further action is taken.

Address accuracy


Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing the order.

An inaccurate or incomplete address may delay delivery, and carriers may charge re-routing or correction fees. If you need to update an address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to intervene before dispatch.
