Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your location, we will advise on the most suitable shipping method to ensure safe return of the product.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds are issued for the net amount received by Le Son, after deduction of any non-refundable payment platform fees (such as PayPal or Stripe fees).
