These Terms apply to all transactions between Le Son International Limited and the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to both individual consumers and business entities.

If you place an order on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.1 Product Listings

All product listings on our Site constitute invitations to purchase and are not binding offers.

2.2 Order Placement

When you place an order through our Site, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

2.3 Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, we will send an Order Confirmation email.

A contract between you and Le Son is formed once this confirmation has been issued.

3.1 Prices

All listed prices include applicable taxes, tariffs, and customs duties where required under our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and included in the final price.

3.2 Payment Methods

Our secure payment platform supports multiple payment methods, including:

• Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay

• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL

• Direct Bank Transfer: available in EUR, USD, AUD, GBP, HKD, NZD, PLN, and more upon request

3.3 Currency

Payments are primarily accepted in USD, EUR, and GBP.

If another currency is used for a direct bank transfer, we will provide the applicable conversion rate along with the corresponding bank details after checkout.

4.1 Delivery Address

Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.

4.2 Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

Our standard shipping terms are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).

This means that Le Son assumes responsibility for:

• export and import procedures

• customs duties

• taxes

• delivery to the final destination

Customers should not normally incur additional customs charges upon delivery.

4.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times provided during checkout are estimates and may vary depending on:

• customs clearance

• local logistics conditions

• carrier delays

• other circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Insurance and Liability During Shipping

Shipments may be insured at our discretion.

If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we may initiate the appropriate investigation with the carrier.

Le Son assumes responsibility for delivering a fully functional product to the shipping address provided.

5.1 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Le Son offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible products.

Products may be returned within 60 days of receipt provided that:

• the product remains in fully functional condition

• all original packaging and accessories are included.

5.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs and any associated payment platform fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide return instructions appropriate to the customer’s location.

5.3 Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds will be issued for the net amount actually received by Le Son, after deduction of any non-refundable payment platform fees (such as PayPal or Stripe transaction fees), which are retained by the payment provider.

6.1 Warranty Coverage

All Le Son products include a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

6.2 Warranty Period

The specific warranty duration applicable to each product may be stated:

• on the product page

• in accompanying documentation

• or in the product packaging.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence

• attempts to modify, open, or repair the product by unauthorized persons

• external factors beyond our control (accident, fire, water damage, etc.)

• normal wear and tear of consumable components.

For phono cartridges, the diamond stylus is a precision component subject to normal wear through use.

Stylus wear resulting from normal playback is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered under warranty.

Le Son products are precision analog audio components intended for use within properly configured high-fidelity audio systems.

Correct installation and system compatibility are important for optimal performance.

Cartridge installation and alignment should be performed carefully and in accordance with the instructions provided. Improper installation, incorrect tonearm compatibility, or unsuitable system configuration may affect performance or cause damage.

If you are uncertain about installation, we recommend contacting us or consulting a qualified audio technician.

To the extent permitted by law, Le Son’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from a breach of these Terms.

Le Son shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• incidental damages

• consequential damages

• loss of data or profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and design elements — is the property of Le Son International Limited, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of this material is prohibited without prior written permission.

10.1 Modifications

Le Son reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The most recent version will always be available on our Site.

Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.2 Right to Refuse Service

Le Son reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• fraudulent activity is suspected

• incorrect pricing is displayed due to technical error

• the customer breaches these Terms.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of Le Son International Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If no resolution can be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or tribunals in the appropriate jurisdiction.
